1. What is whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is reporting misconduct or wrongdoing through a proper, protected channel. It lets you raise a concern without fear, so it can be looked into and stopped.

2. Who can report?

Anyone who deals with us: employees, MoMo agents, customers, partners, suppliers and members of the public. You do not need proof, only an honest concern.

3. What can you report?

Service problems, such as a delayed claim, belong in a complaint instead.

4. Why reporting matters

Your report protects customers' money, keeps the workplace fair, and stops small problems from becoming legal or reputational harm. Many serious frauds are uncovered because one person spoke up.
